I picked up this lil' thang....4 in target model..made in 88'....I wanna put some grips that are a little bit fuller....Maybe rubber or...???? Any ideas? Whatcha think?

Hogue , Pachmayr , Eagle grips , and I'm sure others make grips for the S&W J- frame square butt revolvers ! I happen to use Pachmayr Gripper grips with finger grooves...... I think a bit larger than stock "wood grips" would be nicer though !

Win 1886..I have those style grips on my 629 and like them....I really don't wanna go back with wood....

SSS..I really don't know very much about these lil wheelguns....I never see them....

I had one. They are nice guns in configuration. Wish I kept it as prices have gone up. However, I did have a problem in the sense that 50 rounds of 22 mag (don't remember which brand - this was years ago) would foul it so much that the cylinder won't rotate and it had to be blasted in cleaner to free it out.

But it was pretty.
