Hey all i just ordered some Czech 46 grain surplus ammo and the ad stated that up to 5% of the ammo may be rusted and may be deemed unsafe by the customer.

Is whatever rusted ammo i find safe to try to shoot? I would expect that if it wasnt good it would just not fire but wanted to check before just in case.

I think i probably over paid a little at $99 per case of 300 but who knows how much of this stuff is still around, anyways theres 2 cases left at 2gammo if anyone needs any.

Thanks for any info,
David

If it were full load ammo, I would wonder about extraction problems. But that training ammo is such a light load I too think you are fine.

Well i tried some out today and they all worked, only a handful of the bullets were rusted and the rust was mainly near the primers

For some reason the first shot would never feed and would have to be fed by hand but the following shots fed fine, has anyone else had this problem with this stuff?
