What would a good price for a good used 3-1/16 inch sp101 in .357 be?

I bought mine new for $399 if that helps any. I have yet to find a used one under $400.

For Ruger firearms, about 20% off msrp is a good price. Some dealers discount more.

Dang---$400 used??---------------------I paid $379 for mine NIB about a year ago.

$250 last year for a 3" and $280 this year for a 2" (both in Northern Ohio, first at a show and second from a dealer). I've seen them going for $280 to $325 or so at major gun shows in OH, PA and VA within the last 2 months or so.

thanks for the info. Seems like a good price for that gun. Unfortunatly I live in SoCal, so the price will probably be a bit higher for me.

I paid $350 for my NIB 3" SP101 several months ago. I would guess that a used one in very good to excellent condition would cost between $275-$300.

I paid $359 for that exact gun, NIB, about 3 years ago.

These revolvers have become more popular since the S&W lawyer lock has entered the scene.

Now they go NIB for about $400. A used one should be around $300, give or take, depending on how well it was loved...er...used.
