Ruger now making 10 round mags for Mini-14??

I heard today at a local Turner's Outdoorsman that Ruger is gearing up to make 10 round factory mags for the Mini-14. Has anyone heard the same?

Which Turner's did you hear this in? Was this info from a customer or the Gun Scrubber who works there? I live by the Riverside Turners and unless I hear something like this from the manager who can show me something in writting, I tend to take what the clerks say with a BIG grain of salt. I used to work for Turners in the 80's when I attended college. You would not believe some of the dim-wits, half-wits and no-wits who were hired. Of course this was twenty years ago

I wish they would. I have some on order with johnmasen and if those don't work out, I'd rather go with Ruger originals anyways!

I called the company and they said they have considered it but are not making them now. said they have recieved the requests.

thats the one problem with the mini, the 5 rd mags and the 100 20 rd mags, too much for my budget
