Ruger Mk I hold-open follower?

I have read posts that refer to an aftermarket mag follower for the Ruger Mk I .22 pistol that will lock the slide back after the last shot is fired.
Does anyone know where to find these?

I think I must have gotten mine at least 30 years ago. I haven't seen any for sale for a long time. Might just keep an eye on e-bay under gun parts. Sorry for not being able to provide any leads.
