Ruger Mini-14 6.8SPC

I'm entertaining the idea of picking one of these up to do some deer hunting. Anyone have a chance to shoot one of these in the 6.8SPC?

I know the .223 have a great reputation, but no steady word on these yet.

I realize ammo cost will be higher than a more common round.

What about accuracy and reliability?

Thoughts?

The 6.8 SPC definitely has the goods for deer. I have an M700
in 6.8 SPC and enjoy shooting it a lot.

I did have a Mini-14 in 6.8 SPC but just could not get the accuracy
I wanted from it, so I sold it and picked up the M700. 2-3 MOA
is fine for a woods rifle and close range, but I wanted better than
that.
