ruger mark 3 22/45 question

ok i think the internal lock is set and to unlock it the safty has to be on. to put the saftey on the hammer has to be cocked but to do that you have to pull back the slide and it wont come back. i think the internal lock is what is preventing me from moving the slide. can anyone share some info on how i might fix this???

You didn't say so, but I'm betting you just re-assembled after cleaning and now the slide won't come back?

The hammer strut isn't sitting in the mainspring socket correctly. Read the book.

ok i got that problem fixed but now the bolt wont go forward when i pull it back and use the button that lets it go forward and i have to tap the back of the bolt
