Ruger LCP Custom Front Sight

I recently bought a new Ruger LCP Custom. It was a Davidsons promotion, that I received in an e-mail. This is the one with the red trigger and the visible sights, visble that is until the second or third shot, when the front sight departed for parts unknown. I contacted Ruger, who promptly sent me a new sight. I assumed the sight was just Loctited in place and someone had forgottem the Loctite. To my surprise, there is a tiny screw the goes into the bottom of the sight to hold it in place. Problem is, I have never seen a screw head like this. It is hexagonal but the head is paper thin. What kind of tool can be used to insert and tighten the screw. There is nothing to grip, the head is so thin. So far, I have just coated the sight with blue Loctite and stuck it in the hole.

You need a Glock front sight tool. You need to get a good one with a magnet to hold the screw in place or be more lucky and coordinated than me.
