Have not fired rifle yet. It has 20" barrel and would i would like to hear what others think is the most accurate factory cartridge for medium NW Texas whitetails. Shots are 40-120 yds.

I have one, there is no "most accurate" load. Each gun varies, you'll need to try them out in your own rifle. 
I prefer 180-grain loads, and mine with an aperture sight is a fairly consistent 2-3 inch shooter at 100 yards with different makes.
You obviously wouldn't need a heavy bullet for whitetails, but it'd still be a matter of trying a couple & seeing what they do with your gun.
Every rifle has its own personality.

I had a Ruger International in 308... it was without a doubt the most inaccurate rifle I have ever owned.

Did you try different brands and bullet weights. Do any reloading?

I tried everything except 180 grain bullets, and yes I reload.
