Ruger 22/45 P45GCMKIII mini range report

I took my 22/45 MKIII out to the range today. (for my lunch break! lol)

I only had time to put about 150 rounds through it. Not one FTF or FTE, quite happy about that. One thing I was concerned about was the fixed sights. Quite happy once again, it seems to be hitting POI at 15-20 yards, windage is correct. Today I was more focused on function (ie shooting things :D) I did put a few rounds on target though:

Not too shabby.

A dirty muzzle is a happy muzzle.

Some Vids:

Rapid fire

OOPS.... only loaded 2 rounds?

MKIII VS the chickens

Two chickens and a can

Ran out of chickens...

10 rounds

So far I am very happy with this pistol.

Ain't they fun? I've got a Red Dot sight on mine, and it's just a hoot. The more I shoot it, the better it gets.

I had that same exact gun!

It was my second firearm, after the Marlin 60. Unfortunately mine had a 'glitch' and would only fire Thunderbolts. All 'hollowpoint' ammo would get hung up on the feed ramp. Ruger couldn't even figure it out.

BTW, is your LCI one or two piece? I kinda wish I still had the solid version so I could try the 'whack and discharge' feature. :D
