Rings and mount for my 300 Weatherby?

I just got a new Leupold VX II 3X9 40 Scope and I am trying to figure out which Leupold mount and rings to get. I currently have Weaver mounts/rings. Is it better to go with a single mount? This is a Weatherby Vanguard Deluxe, if it makes a difference.

I did a search, but get lost in all the options. :confused:
