Does anyone know where to find the laws concerning SC open carry of rifle/shotguns and/or transport of same in vehicle and specifications of loaded/unloaded? I see rifles and shotguns in window racks of trucks around here all the time. Just wondering is it legal? And if not, what would be the penalty or fine if some officer of the law wanted to enforce?
