Did a search got zero.

Was looking for a compact single stack .45ACP to complement my 1911A1. I'd like a Colt commander but Cost is a factor.

A Dealer showed me Republic Patriot .45 It kinda looks like a Kahr P9 in size and shape. I have never heard anything about this gun. It is $290 cost is O.K. but I do not want to waste my Money on a POS.

This gun is DA only same trigger pull on every shot. no external safety just a long but crisp trigger.

I am also considering purchasing one of these, and have seen good reviews.

They have a mediocre website here: Republic Arms

I understand their service is great. I called them recently, and they said they would ship to my FFL for under $300 retail, depending on the dealer markup.
