Reliable component supplier needed(overseas)

While I have had good service from BassPro and Lyman (nay - really excellent!) I have had a certain degree of reluctance from Natchez and others to supply specialised loading gear to Australia paid for by Visa, EG our last email exchange went on for 3 months for clearance of $200 order and I still didn't get my RCBS items ! Any suggestions ? Could it be that Uncle Sam is making it hard to export "death products" from US or are things going so well over there that supply is too much bother ? Then again could it be manufacturers agreements to grant sole agency to firms in OZ( ordering is hell from them anyway)may contravene commercial agreements ?
Any comments welcome.

Big Bunny. You might try Huntingtons at (www.huntingtons.com). The will export according to their catalog. It says, "We will export to any place in the world that the United States Department of State will allow us. There are restrictions concerniong Ammunition, primers, bullets, cases, guns & gun parts. We have to apply for an export license. This takes from 30 to 60 days. If the order is less than $200.00, we will bill you aservice charge of $20.00 for processing the export license. When ordering, please state whether or not your counrty requires an import permit for bullets and cases."
That could be why it takes so long to get your stuff. The bureacracy strikes again, or why is it we need this BS?
I hope this helps.

Thanks Paul, I feel that you are probably right and we are being discouraged (actively even)from our internet purchases from USA. ***Oz customs(federal) recently made a Sydney gun dealer waste a day in inspections and paperwork(state and federal) to obtain a Ruger 10/22 he had ordered. He estimated the REAL cost of the little semi-auto (for a farmer as ordinary folks can't own one now under the new State gunlaws) was a huge AUD$860 each.(Federal Buyback-scam price $250 !) A reallty expensive item now! The .22RF 10/22 Rugers ordered by other dealers are still on the wharf and may be returned to US.*** SAD really.
