reduced hammer spring on HK USP?

I have an HK USP DA/SA 9mm.
I want the lessen the DA pull weight.
Factory setting is OK but I think that I will be able to shoot the pistol better with a slightly lighter trigger pull.

What is the factory hammer spring weight on the USP 9mm?
If the pistol has a reduced hammer spring (2 lbs lower than factory), will still be OK for +p ammo?

Go here http://www.gunsprings.com/SemiAuto/HecklerKochNF.html#USP to Wolff Spring and scroll down to USP Hammer spring. They have a reduced power spring (10 and 12lbs.) from the factory (14lbs.).

I think that you will have to see how the 10 or 12 pound does with primer strikes by trial and error. I'd be surprised if two (or even four) pounds makes a difference, but you never know and may vary among different ammos. If you do get the spring let us know how much of a difference it makes with the pull.

Another great place to ask this question is on the HKPro.com forum. Those guys are strictly HK and know that brand specifically.
