Red Dot question

I have a custom mount for My Sig P210A
I mounted a Burris Fastfire 3.

Yes it works ok.

But the glass has some distortion I don't see in my sig, or Delta point Pro re-dots.

Bothers me. Too bad Armory Craft only works with just these.

I have other choices I could use with this mount.
Vortex Venom
Vortex viper
Docter ( terrible glass too)

Any opinions on the vortex scopes?

I have both Vortex Venom and Burris FF2 and FF3. I actually prefer the Burris by a slim margin. I've found the Vortex Venom's ever so slightly wider window to be more distorted that the Burris. FWIW, the Vortex quit one week after I got it. To their credit, Vortex replaced it pretty quickly. I've never had a Burris FF fail. I used Burris red dots in major competitions (where I did really well) and never had the distortion cause any problems. I "discovered" a long time ago that the minute distortion in any of the red dot sights I've owned, and I've owned a lot of them, really makes no difference in accuracy. I have owned red dots with parallax in some of them even though the manufacturers all claim there isn't any. It's pretty easy to test them to see if there's any there or not. Everyone seems to have their preference in red dots and most of the pro's and con's are based on cost, not performance. Good luck finding one that suits you.

Guess I will leave this until someone else makes a mount for the sigs, or deltapoint Pro
Tried the EGW mount, does not work with the sig Rome1 pro properly and sits very high.
