rear sight recommendations for RIA 1911?

I have a Rock Island Armory 1911 "tactical" pistol and I want to replace the fixed rear sight with an adjustable model. According to RIA it has "standard" Novak dovetail cuts for both front and rear (.495" x 65º).

This is not a carry gun. I'm looking for something that will work reasonably well for both target and "practical" shooting. Realistically, there will be lots of target and a little bit of practical.

I don't need tritium. Plain, white dot or fiber optic will work. I'm OK with replacing the front sight if I have to (and if I do fiber optic I'll have to).

I don't mind fitting the sights but I'm not going to do any milling of the slide. I'll buy a better 1911 before I stick that much $ into this one...

What would you get?
