There are a number of good mods to be had, 2 are free. Go to Youtube and there are a ton of videos on the soda straw hack and the reprogramming of the 750 combo. Some also recommend that you put a ferrite noise suppressor on the power line to reduce EMI and RFI. Those can be found at Amazon or radio Shack for less than 5 bucks. I love my Chargemaster, it's the best thing ever for rifle loading

I would encourage people to look at the RCBS mini and the Lyman Mini.

They cost less and the Lyman while it has some functional issue (needs a stylus pen) and I would like more push buttons, works very nicely for me and no regrets I got it.

Thanks for posting the link. I’ve been wanting a second one of these to speed up my production time.

I have a couple but don’t like the self zero “feature” they have but if you have a powder that doesn’t meter well from a measure they work good.

If I am looking for something with more repeatable resolution, my beam scale, photo switch, trickler drive is better. Even if it doesn’t look as cool.

FWIW none of the “tunes” that change parameters worked better than the factory settings on mine.

Great deal , I bought mine 14 years ago for $ 300. I'm still using it. I'm using IMR 4064 not the easiest powder to meter , works just great in the 1500. One of the best . Good luck with your new toy.
