I busted Mine last weekend and I'm not sure if its one of those Life Time Guarantee things from RCBS. Does anyone know if these things are? I wacked it on the ground and the plastic cap broke off, and the loaded bullet frew backwards:eek:

I don't want to have to buy a new one if I don't have to. All I need is a new cap and whatever that little metal thing is:confused:

It is DEFINITELY covered. I finally broke mine and they simply replaced it. You have to send in the damaged one but that's all.

Their lifetime guarantee covers everything EXCEPT electronics, like scales and the like.

I thought it was something like that. I brake Decapping pins all the time and call the twice a year for new Stems. Usually because I get Berdan Primed mixed in with the Boxer Primed brass:rolleyes:

I tried calling them today, but the phone was busy:mad:
