Spray Painting a CTR stock need help

Hello, i have a CTR im planning on painting, i have some high qualitry spray paint for plastics, i was wondering if there is a special method for spraying a CTR or if anyone here has done it and if they have some tip's it would be great. Thanks for any advance.

lots of people have done it. prep it like you would anything else.

and that prep procedure would be? any help is nice when im going to spray a 150 dollar stock

Wipe it down with alcohol to get any moisture and debris off it.

Try to avoid spraying inside the tube, or else it'll make it hard to adjust.

Yep, make sure it is free of dirt, oil and grease. Maybe use a plastic primer first, but not necessary with some plastic paints. Like any good paint job most of the work is in the prep.

Clean it with hot water and simple green or a similar degreaser. If there is any oil at all on the surface, paint will not adhere properly.
