question for tactical light owners

For those of you who own a Surefire, Insight Tech...etc frame mounted light, do you practice shooting with the light mounted, how often and how has your light held up?

I ask because I purchased a HK Tactical last week along with the UTL light. Just wondering how much shooting these lights will hold up to before giving up the ghost

I've had the Wilcox on my 34 for almost 6 months - no problems whatsover. I highly recommend it - the toggle switch is brilliant.
