Question about Novak sight installation service

I think I want to send my new Colt Commander's slide to Novak for new sites. The sights I want require slide alteration.

Those of you familiar with Novak's installation service please answer me this: once the slide is milled, does Novak reblue the area that has been altered or the whole slide? Or at all?

If you've used Novak's installation service, can you tell me your experiences?
