I would like to bid on an online auction for what is listed as a "Ruger NM Single Six .22RF". Stamped above the trigger is ".22 CAL". .22RF means .22 Rim Fire, right?; meaning I can shoot .22lr, .22 short and .22 mag as long as I have the cylinders, right?

These are the RUGER® SINGLE-SIX® CONVERTIBLE MODELS. The NM is New Model designation. The revolver is designed for 22 LR and 22 Magnum with a cylinder change. Yes, the RF is Rim Fire.

The .22 Short and .22 Long cartridges can also be fired in the Long Rifle cylinder. For those models that ship with both cylinders, the last 3 digits of the serial number are engraved on the front of the cylinder; only cylinders that have been properly timed should be used with any given revolver. The term Super Single-Six refers to those models which have fully adjustable target sights. From our friends at Wiki. They are a real nice revolver.
