Just wanted to give public kudos to Burris Customer Service. I posted here a little over a week ago about a problem I was having in getting the scope rings tight enough to keep my red dot from rotating in the rings.
Called Burris Monday and explained the allen head screws were too rounded to tighten down, and that I had bought the base and rings used. Asked if they would please sell me a new set of screws.
No problem the fella said, we'll send you a new set with the Torx style head, no charge.
Got them 2 days later, and they work perfectly!!
I know a set of screws is not a big deal, but after some frustrating experiences with other customer service departments (computer companies) in the last few days, it was just a pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind their products.
