Powder coat question

For those of you who do powder coat do you size before or after you bake them?I just started trying it this year and was wondering which way to go in a 45 colt Super Blackhawk.I am not trying for max loads just 1100-1200 fps.

Either way works. If you size then PC the diameter will be slightly larger than then when they were sized.
If you PC then size the bullets will slide through the sizer easier. I usually PC than size unless I want larger diameter bullet.
Depending on how consistent and close to ideal your mold is it might be possible to skip the sizing process all together. I've done this before but accuracy seems best if the bullets are sized at some point.
