Hello all, I am curious, based on the fact that I see them "blowing out" the polymer 80 v1.5 ( I am not really sure of the difference between the original and v1.5, unless they fixed the items, such as having to shim areas with a credit card and so on) for as little as 59 dollars. Just a few months back, they were 149 as are the V2.
I am curious if the rear metal rail can be retrofitted to the V1.5, which would then be a 17 series, with metal slide rails front AND rear?
The new kit, based on the model 19, seems to be a much better design, which would make sense. I do think this company does react to client feedback, which will allow them to grow.
Anyone have access to both types? Anyone try this or ponder it? I have read reviews on the newest model, and most people are very happy. Even people who had issues originally were able to sort them out to make them run 100%
