The only bullets I've seen with the post in the hollowpoint has been Federal Hydra-Shoks like in the picture at this site:

But I wouldn't buy anything from them. I can't buy from a company that doesn't even know cartridge terminology. It's a BULLET, not a "bullet tip".
It is, perhaps, a bit arrogant of me; but I will not patronize stupidity when there are plenty of knowledgeable options as alternatives.

They are also using a term that's a tough one... Full Metal Jacket Hollow Point. Those bullets certainly are not that, given all of the exposed lead.

If no one was buying from them, perhaps they'd have enough time to finish school.
