Poll: The most prevalent Hammer fired 9mm semi-auto

If by prevalent you mean which one has been produced the most, I'd probably say the CZ. S&W only has a few 9mm handguns that were hammer fired, 9mm 1911's are extremely difficult to find, and the Browning HP is pretty difficult to find as well. That really only leaves the CZ.

Berreta 92, and S&W has produced plenty of hammer fired autos. The entire 3rd generation line are great guns.

At one time, I think more countries were issuing HPs than any other military handgun, and someone's been issuing them for 70 years, plus commercial sales.
