Police Sniper action

OK, here's a memory test: Does anybody recall a Police Sniper shooting involving a Hostage taker in a delivery truck. As I recall the Hostage was a child. The command decision was to wound the suspect. The Police Sniper did just that. The BG then proceeded to kill the child. I seem to remember the vehicle was blocked on a bridge. Thank you for your assistance.

The only sniper involved shooting I recall where there was a child and the suspect were on a bridge was handled by ABQ's sniper, Steve Rodriguez. The kill was instant and the child was saved, however.
