As excerpted from the Federalist Brief 98-43:

Note to Washington, D.C.´s district attorney: If Congress can´t get the job done....

Title 22, Criminal Offenses, Chapter 11, Disturbances of the Public Peace, D.C. Code 22-1112-a ´´It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to make any obscene or indecent exposure of his or her person, or to make any lewd, obscene, or indecent sexual proposal, or to commit any other lewd, obscene, or indecent act in the District of Columbia, under penalty of not more than $300 fine, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, for each and
every such offense.´´

Further:
Title 22, Criminal Offenses, Chapter 35, Sexual Psychopaths, D.C. Code 22-3503-1 ´´The term ´´sexual psychopath´´ means a person, not insane, who by a course of repeated misconduct in sexual matters has evidenced such lack of power to control his or her sexual impulses as to be dangerous to other persons because he or she is likely to...inflict injury, loss, pain, or other evil on the objects of his or her desire.´´

I see where youre going but the statutes are too vague unless they separately define a lot of those general terms.

Is it illegal to be a sexual psychopath?

Yes, defining the terms seems to be the crust of the biscuit, both here and in the now infamous depositions. Chaos makes for a fascinating playground, doesn't it?

Let's hope not, as then so many of us that suffer the slings and arrows of testosterone poisoning would become outlaws and outcasts; disjoined and disenfranchised from that fine complementary portal through which we seek to attain expression and propagation of our immortality.
