Pietta 1861 Navy Sheriff?

I bought this gun from a guy that had no clue what it is. I think it is an 1861 Navy Sheriff by Pietta. It is .36 caliber. Am I correct?

It looks like what Pietta calls an 1862 police.

I have seen so many mis-labled photos, but it looks like you are correct,,,,,,,,,I think. It can be confusing with the "near" replicas.
