This was the first time I ever had to inlet a pad to clear internal moving parts. First off, a pic of the Limbsaver vs. the hard rubber original. Second pic shows the internal parts at maximum recoil. Third pic is inletted new pad.
Just three rounds on the original pad had me in major pain. I have great respect for Ian McCollum shooting over a hundred rounds for his range video. The man is a machine.
BTW, the rifle in question is the GM6 Lynx in .50BMG.
