Person to person handgun transfer in SC?

What's required in SC if you want to sell a handgun to another person? I know here in NC it still requires a permit but since SC doesn't do permits.... What's the method?

AFAIK, there is no difference between a handgun and a long-gun in S.C. for the purposes of transfer. They are sold through the IWANNA paper and FTF between individuals at gun shows all the time.

If buying from and individual and both are SC residents, no paperwork involved!
Pay your money and walk out the door!
If it's someone you don't know and want some piece of mind ask for a copy od thier drivers license, or just write down all the info.

Well, I've since learned that you can't sell person to person between residents of different states. They MUST go through an FFL.
