Pelican case for a Glock 34/35 & LCP?

I'm taking a trip in about a month and want to take two pistols with me...
My Glock 35 w/ a Streamlight TL1 and my LCP.

I've been studying the Pelican 1170 and 1200.

One is a little short relative to the slide, but its thicker and deeper... the other is plenty long enough for the slide, but isnt very deep or thick.

The thicker one may even allow for two layers of gun/ammo.

Anyone here have either of these cases and could provide some insight on which will be best for a big gun, a small gun, and two magazines.
It will all go inside of my checked bag, of course.

Thanks

Just for a data point:
I have a pelican 1200 case. It perfectly fits a G20 and 2 extra magazines. It would also fit that same gun with a light, and that's a big Glock.
It is well traveled on camping and boating excursions. the same 1200 & cut out also fits M&P 45, beretta 92. Perfectly waterproof.

It would likely fit a big and small gun, but no magazines, but I'm guessing. Definatly not 2 guns plus mags.

Thanks, I'm going with the 1200.
The additional depth and thickness is more useful than the length of the 1170 when trying to fit 2 guns in it.
Plus it might offer room for a second ammo layer, or something.
