If anyone is interested, I'll be teaching both a 1 day & a 2 day unarmed self defense course in Atlanta on 8/10-11. If you want the one day, it must be on on 8/10 but I recommend the 2 day as you get more repetitions and more extensive mindset training. This simple system was designed to be both effective and easy to learn. Students will progress from performing techniques "in the air" to performing them at full force and speed against an attacker in a padded FIST suit.
