Parts list for AR build

I'm ready to build my first AR and want to have a parts list before I go out hunting. yes, I typically ask the wife to make me a list too

Can anyone direct me to a url or otherwise give me a place to look to know exactly the parts I need?

TBH, I was quite inspired by Samson's build based on Cameron's AR. Nice work there.
