Just watched Guns and Ammo TV show and a guy crawled through mud and then tried to shoot a M1 Springfield.....jammed every shot: eek: Makes a guy thnk about getting one!!

odd that they are dirt snesitive, course, almost all american guns are now dirt sensitive, thank you close tolerances.

A problem Lee Enfields did/do not have ... they were/are notorious for being able to fire with all kinds of dirt, gunk and mud in the chambers ... and still keep going. :cool:

Comment: If you just gotta crawl through mud, the rifle goes on top, not on the bottom. You know, keep the rifle out of the mud.
