Opinion - take a MAG-20 without Mas?

After 2 years of trying to find a training class that lines up with my schedule (heavy international business travel and 3 kids in lots of sports and activities tend to fill up nearly every weeknight and weekends), I finally found a class I can take.

I just found out there is a MAG-20R class about 3 hours from me on June 25-26. *Unfortunately I learned that Mas Ayoob isn't teaching it...very sad because I was excited to learn direct from him.

Opinions? Do I pay the money for a "name brand school" but only get one of his understudy instructors or do I pay much lower price for a course from a lesser known trainer (like Steve Fisher at MDFI...still a decent name)?

One reason I will take MAG-40 later this year is the Massad Ayoob Group promise to provide expert defense witness services, should they ever be required, to their grads.

Even without Mas (though that would be a bummer) I think that is a good value.

This may or may not be of significance to you, but almost half of the MAG20 class consists of videos made by Mas ~15 years ago.

You're gonna see the videos irrespective of who the instructor may be.
