    3. You must provide a link to the article along with the name of website. For example: ww.xxx.yyy/zzz (The Lower Thumbsuck Daily News).

OK to post continuing offer to sell?

I have made and sold the BK grip adapters for S&W revolvers for ~5 years now. I have made a couple of posts in the Holsters, Gear and Accessories sub forum over the years, but most of my sales came from a similar ad on the S&W Forum so I never kept up with the ad here.

Now I have added adapters for Colt Detective Special (and other "D" frame Colt) revolvers and think I need to broaden my advertising on a continuous basis. But I will have an ongoing supply of these things, and looking at the Gun Show Rules makes me think that maybe the advertising sub forums are really intended only for one-shot sales.

I understand the one-bump-a-week rule and would certainly abide by that, but want to be sure that it's OK to post what will effectively be an ongoing offer for sale of a product.

I will await advice. Thanks in advance.

Wrangler5, thanks for checking in on this. The Gun Show really is intended for one-shot sales, and I think that what you're asking about is more along the lines of "advertising," which is prohibited. If someone wants to advertise, they have to contact SWAT magazine.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, what I'm looking to do clearly is ongoing advertising, not a single sale, so I just won't do it.

Cheers,
Kip

Another option is if you have a web address you can stick a link to it in your signature line. It will show up every time you post in any thread. The understanding of the link is to your site, not what you have on ebay for that week, for instance.
