Obscure 870 Question

OK, this is a bit random , but bear with me. Are the 20 Gauge 870 and .410 bore 870 burilt on the same frame- i.e. are the parts ( in particular stock and foregrip) interchangable? Anyone?

If the 20 gauge was made after 1972, the serial number should end with a K. A stock fitting this will interchange with a 410 870 but the forend will not.
