The grip retaining nut for my 1944 (CZ) Duo .25 auto is missing. The retaining screw
is 2.5 mm X 0.45 tpm.
Any suggestions as to where to find one aside from the usual suspects like Numrich?
Wasn't that practically a copy of the Colt 25 hammerless? If so, you might be able to convert the grip hardware. To convert, you'll need both the escutcheon nut and screw.
