The National Shooting Sports Foundation sent out an update with a link to a NY Times article about the lawsuit against the City of New York and their draconian gun laws.

The summary is that apparently NYC is becoming concerned that they might lose before the Supreme Court, so they are considered revising their laws in hopes of making the case moot.
