NSSF to file legal action against Mass Attorney General

BOSTON, Mass. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms and ammunition industry, today announced that it will pursue legal action to challenge the “Enforcement Notice” issued by Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey that would appear to ban sales of semiautomatic rifles in the commonwealth.

Good!!! S&W just donated $500K to NSSF as well.

Good for the NSSF. And good for S&W.

When the complaint is filed, perhaps someone can find a link and post it so that we can read the complaint. Once the lawsuit starts we can follow it and discuss the legal issues.

Until then, there's really nothing to talk about.
