Is this 990 Form for the (basic)NRA, all of the various NRA organizations together, or some subset of them? I don't think it's the PVF as the lobbying line reports $0. There is some "Legislative Action" in Part III 4c.
That is the Form 990 for just NRA. It does not cover any of the other NRA affiliates such as the NRA-ILA, NRA-PVF, NRA Foundation, or NRA Civil Defense Fund, except to the extent a loan to one of those organizations might be an asset or liability.
