North Korean CZ-75 Kadet?

I'm curious about this North Korean pistol. Appears to be a very ornate CZ-75 Kadet with an extended barrel? Something else? Whatever it is, it's a pretty piece.

It looks to be a CZ 75 (or possibly a Norinco clone) with either a custom barrel or sub-calibre insert. Probably made for Kim Jong-il or one of his higher ups.:D

(It could also be an airsoft pistol.)

Remember: All people are equal, but some are more equal than others...

Here is the picture after it was lightened up:

The picture reminds me of one of these custom engraved CZ's, but the trigger is wrong for a modern CZ 75B. The trigger looks like a pre-B CZ 75 trigger.

I've never seen a barrel that long on a CZ, though.

What makes you think it is a Kadet, though? The Kadet is the 22LR version of a CZ 75.

First, there is no full-size ejection port.
Second, the slide serations appear consistent with the Kadet.
Third, the extended barrel looks .22-ish.

I agree, looks like a Kadet slide. Must have been redone locally, and a man running a country should have no trouble getting an extremely long custom barrel for it, perhaps making it in country as i have never seen CZ offer one like that. Then again...
Lots of Pre B parts on that gun.
