Check out http://www.jcarmory.com Even though he's located in Jersey City, you can't pickup at his place. Try to find a local FFL holder that is willing to do the transfer ($25 - $40 is the going rate), and have it shipped to them. Even with the transfer fee, and shipping, his prices are lower than most gun shops. Good luck.
