I am sure all of us in the USA have been monitoring the news about a possible Government Shutdown due the politics of our Nation. I sure hope it does not happen for bigger reason than background checks, but this is a gun forum.
I bring it up in case there is a shutdown. Watch the news and if you have a planned firearms buy requiring a Federal background check, you best do it before October 1st in case this gets worse.
