NFA question

Ok, I don't know where to look to find the answer to this question, but...

I live in CA (boo! hiss!).

Suppose I wanted a MAC10 and had a dealer FFL. Can MAC10s (or for that matter, ANY NFA toys) be shipped to CA or am I SOL?
