Hey guys, i have a savage that dosent have the accu trigger, i was womdering can a gunsmith install a accu trigger, or can they just install an aftermarket trigger??

I'm not sure which Savage you're talking about, but with the right amount of money, a good 'smith can do anything with your gun.

Neither Midway nor Brownell offer an accutrigger as part, so even if possible it doesn't seem a popular option.

I replaced the trigger in my Savage 110 with one from Rifle Basics. The instructions were simple to follow and the end result was a clean crisp 2 1/2 pound trigger with no decernable creep. If I can do it, any gunsmith should have no trouble. Timney is also a good choice. Replacement triggers are available from outfits such as Midway usa. Hiring the services of a qualified gunsmith is always a good investment.

Ya i was thinking of a timney trigger, they seem to be pretty good..

If Timney makes on put it onyourself. Use the $$ that you would have paid the smith to buy some ammo.
