New to me S&W 67

Well today I picked a used but in excellent condition Model 67, pre-lock. I actually thought this was a new gun, that is how good the condition is. Other odd thing about it is that it came from the factory with a stainless rear sight. I have only ever seen these with blued rear sights. I paid $449 for it. This gun is actually for my wife so she can go to the range with me and to have something in the house she can use.

Had one (even had integral stainless front blade); superior 'trigger'; uncanny accuracy.

I made some walnut custom stocks for it; was such a beaut I hung on my wall.
Got stolen, but I still miss that gun......

Mine is the same variation you mention. Can't wait to take my to the range with it and let her ring it out.
